Analyze > Tools > Calibration Bar command issues

The Analyze > Tools > Calibration Bar command does not entirely work in IJ2. In IJ1 the bar is displayed immediately and updates in response to changes in the display options initiated by the user. In IJ2 nothing is displayed until the user closes the dialog. What is drawn is correct.

This is another example of an interactive plugin and may need to be rewritten.

We are no longer supporting use of ImageJ 1.x commands from modern ImageJ2 UIs. This plugin works fine in the legacy ImageJ 1.x UI, and adding it to ImageJ2 is not urgent.
