Description
For DeleteAxis we should add a couple enhancements:
1) add an initializer (or extend existing) that sets the plane to keep value to the currently displayed plane in the associated display for the currently chosen axis
2) add a callback that updates the plane to keep value everytime the axis is changed. it's behavior should mirror 1) above
