Description

With Aivar, as needed, I will help/advise Jimmy & Steve to get region-based SLIM analysis working in Steve's R script.

As part of that work Aivar and/or I may need to implement a plugin or two in ImageJ, depending on Steve's needs.

The TextReader work was finished in  loci-java:r6443. Steve may reply later asking for additional help but for now seems set to go.
