ProbeTool exception with Overlays outside of image area.

Description

When an image is cropped using an overlay, the overlay remains defined and if it is outside the bounds of the new image, mouse movement (in ProbeTool.onMouseMove) causes an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Exception no longer happening. Crop issues live in ticket #818.
