Improve stack animation code

Description
Make stack animations work more like IJ1:
- make the animation plugin context sensitive so that backslash can start or stop animation
- have plugin track all animations that exist
- have backslash apply to animation of active display
- separate options from backslash UI
- have a terminate all animations command in menu
