Fix testMemoryRecordModifications

Description

The option "Record modifications to virtual stack" may not be working properly. Investigate and get ImporterTest.testMemoryRecordModifications to pass.

Resolution set to wontfix

We have had no user feedback on or requests for the "Record modifications to virtual stack" option, which is still broken, so I have temporarily(?) disabled it completely in the Bio-Formats Importer plugin.

At a later date we may reevaluate whether to reenable this feature, though it may be a moot point, depending on how the ImageJ codebase evolves henceforth.
