IJ1 Channels Tool does not work

Description
The legacy Channels Tool plugin basically doesn't work at all. The 2.0.0-alpha2 release did not support mapping of IJ2 images to IJ1 CompositeImages. The 2.0.0-alpha3 release now has partial support for that but it is still not complete.

ImageJ2 has its own Channels Tool implementation. We don't need to support IJ1's, as it is an interactive plugin.
