Ij2 can get plugin confused

Description
Do file :: import :: bioformats and feed it multichannel.ome.tiff from the ome-tiff data share.
Run histogram command (and reply yes for all 3 images). Histogram window shown.
Dismiss histogram window. Run Process :: Enhance Contrast. It asks for input. After fill in input and select OK. The Histogram window is redisplayed and the image is not.

Another similar situation: open Organ of Corti. Choose Image :: Scale and scale in x & y only by 1.2. Close resulting scaled image. Run Scale plugin again. It shows current 1.0 scale using the old scaled image values. And if you scale in x & y again you get a new imaged that has been scaled again. Its like the deleted scaled ImagePlus is alive and considered the temp current image. This may be a separate bug but not sure.

Tested with e728eefe2ebb11a9530bf2a8b8d44ce8bb27d091. The last comment about incorrect scaling is no applicable.

Arg - I was unclear. The image IS displayed. The reappearance of the Histogram window is the confusing part.
