The Image > Zoom submenu command plugins are in place. The keyboard shortcuts appear correctly in the menu. However selecting any of the keyboard shortcuts has no effect on the zoom level of the currently displayed Dataset.

Note:

If the ZoomTool is not selected then no combo of Shift and/or Command with equals or minus does anything.

If the ZoomTool is selected then Command minus does a zoom out. However no combo of Shift and/or Command with equals can invoke a zoom in.

Zoom in plugin menu accelrator changed from Command Shift EQUALS to Command EQUALS (i.e. not PLUS). So now if menu activated cmd/- & cmd/= zoom in and out.

If ZoomTool active and menu not then - and =/+ do not work. They need to be updated to do so.
