Description

FIx issues that prevent TRI2 from using SLIM Curve. See LOCI Trac for specifics.

I plan on working on this second week of milestone, after putting out new version of SLIM Plugin.

Still working on the SLIM Plugin so didn't get much work done on this.

I did fix one issue, took out a global variable I had introduced. I also discovered a potential speedup, during LMA if the change in the fit parameters is all zeroes, it makes no sense to build new alpha and beta matrices. However this should speed things up only 10% at best.

Aivar, can you please link to the relevant area of the LOCI Trac? You can use InterTrac links; e.g.:  loci-software:#658.

Remaining issue:

"Error field is not filled correctly on time resolved front panel"  loci-software:#659

This should be working but I haven't closed it until that is verified within TRI2.
