Description

Eric Alexander adapted CommentSurgery to fix malformed OME-TIFF files from the stable version of WiscScan. I need to generalize this tool to work with the sample OME-TIFF data from Lindsey Carlson, and provide a user interface for correcting additional datasets.

Resolution set to wontfix

Due to time constraints, the current plan is to implement the OME-XML stage position parsing for the 2D Stitcher, let Lindsey & Lisa know about the improvements, and ask them to try with new data from WiscScan 6. If they continue to have trouble, we will reevaluate whether this repair tool is still needed.
