Improve WorkFlowPipes preview behavior

Description
Currently workflowpipe makes an Ajax call to get the preview results on a change in module focus, the change of wire configuration, or the clicking on refresh in the debug pane. It is thought that the desired behavior is to only have the preview function execution run when either the refresh button is selected or the new Preview button is selected. This will result in changes to maxwell_c.js around lines 8,981 for the addition of the button as well as other modifications to suppress the module focus transition and wires modification calls to preview().
