Description

OMERO provides an API to query data from its database via Python. Try out the examples and make a note of how the API could be used by CellProfiler Analyst to query OMERO for information.

This is in part of our effort to research potential integration of OMERO with CellProfiler Analyst and other (Python-based) CP code.
