Let the launcher parse the manifest for the classpath

Description
Ever since we switched to versioned file names, the Class-Path: manifest entry is a bit fragile: whenever a new version of a dependency is uploaded, the default resolution fails.
Therefore, let's teach ClassLoaderPlus to parse the Class-Path: entry and look for corresponding files (if the exact file does not exist, look for the most recently updated versioned file matching said file name).
