Support SLIM Plugin fitted images in IJ2/ImgLib2

Currently SLIM Plugin produces an internal fitted image with the same dimensions as the original except the lifetime dimension is replaced with a fitted parameter dimension with values for reduced chi-square, A, T, and Z, etc. This concept of a 'tuple' dimension with discrete non-interchangable, non-interpolable values isn't really supported in IJ2/ImgLib2.

This internal fitted image is not displayed but separate display fitted images can be created for the raw fitted parameters chi-square, A, T, Z or formulas based on those parameters (for example 'A1 / (A1 + A2)'). These display fitted images could be seen as different views of the tuple fitted data.

These display fitted images are currently IJ1 FloatProcessors that get displayed with a special rainbow lifetime LUT. Optionally a colorized grayscale image.
