Description
IJ2 must be capable of reading and writing all formats that are present in IJ1.
The first pass of SCIFIO format conversion is to translate the existing Reader and Writer functionality to SCIFIO components. But this may leave gaps relative to IJ1's functionality.
Thus these missing Readers or Writers should be identified and created as Formats in SCIFIO (or added to existing Formats).
