Threshold dialog needs to display histogram

Description
The Image > Adjust > Threshold plugin does not yet show a histogram of the data values like IJ1 does. Like IJ1 our plugin should have an interactive capability with this histogram and the min/max sliders.

The recent changes to support HistogramBundles/HistogramWidgets included changes to the threshold plugin. This behavior is now in place. The ability to drag the min/max sliders is a different issue encapsulated in a ticket of its own. Closing.
