Description
OPS has been created but is not documented very well. Write up a web page tutorial or wiki entry that describes what it can do.

Well, OPS has now been radically recast as ImageJ OPS. It had a detailed release announcement, and it has some examples in its README. The plan is to migrate all functionality of ImageJ2 that uses ImgLib2 OPS or the short-lived SciJava OPS to use ImageJ OPS instead.
