Description
When legacy mode is activated the ROI Manager cannot be displayed.

The last lines of LegacyInjector make it impossible to ever display the RoiManager. We need to replace the display methods with ones that conditionally shows the RoiManager depending upon whether we are in modern or legacy mode at the time.
