Black border drawn inside image.

Description

Load clown.jpg, use Probe Tool to look at (0,0) and (1,1). Note that a black line obliterates all of (0,0) and 3/4 of (1,1).

Note also that this black border zooms, so it is considered part of the image.

Using probe tool one can see the pixel data is not black though drawn that way. Also running Copy To System and pasting into Fiji shows correct data size with no inset border. This seems to be a rendering flaw only.
