Image > Stacks > Tools > Insert broken

Reported by: bdezonia Owned by: bdezonia

Component: Legacy Compatibility Version:
Severity: serious Keywords:

Blocking: #1331

Description

The behavior of the Image > Stacks > Tools > Insert command does not match IJ1

Create two single plane images, one black and one ramped. Insert from the ramp to the black image. In IJ1 the pixel data becomes ramped. In IJ2 it stays all black.

Note that the problem happens regardless if you use single plane images or small Z stacks.

Change History

BTW note that when choosing images to use IJ1 might list "Untitled" and "Untitled 1" while IJ2 always tags them as "Untitled". This is likely just a side issue of how we're reporting the display/dataset name in the legacy layer.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

After recent changes to legacy layer this is now working.

Reporting the image labeling issue as a separate bug.
