Unfortunately, the information is not complete. It would have been better to
use Help>Report a Bug because that would at least take care of the basic
information such as the installed file versions.

It is in general a very good idea to follow the advice in
http://imagej.net/Bug_reporting_best_practices

Remember, if you spend only one minute on crafting a bug report, it is not very
enticing to developers who you essentially ask to work for you, to fix your
problem for you, without paying them to do so.

Please at least upload the FITS file in question via Help>Upload Sample Image.
